Cassava is a Latin American tuber with a very soft and sweet taste. Cassava when it is fried it gets a golden color and becomes crunchy, it is perfect to combine with our guacamole dip sauce Goya. To make your life easier, Goya´s Yuca Fries are ready to use, already peeled and in pieces. Enjoy it as a delicious accompaniment to your meats, chicken, or seafood.   • 1 package of Annatto Oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pan with oil for frying
  • 1 can of guacamole dip


  1. In a frying pan, place plenty of oil, open the bag of Yuca Fries and place them in the pan as soon as the oil is very hot. Flip the yuca sticks until they are golden brown on all sides. Remove to a separate container with kitchen napkins to absorb the remaining oil.
  2. Serve hot with the guacamole dip sauce. You can also choose your favorite sauce like salsa rosa o mayo. Enjoy!
