A delicious recipe with our Sweet Masarepa, Goya´s sweet corn flour ideal for deserts, cachapas and in this occasion what our executive chef Fernando Desa teaches us to make some exquisite pancakes. We surely recomend them!

  • 2 units bananas
  • 250 ml. of milk
  • 150 g. of Sweet Masarepa
  • 2 tbsp. of baking powder
  • 1 tbsp. of butter for cooking
  • 1 tbsp. of oil for cooking

  1. With a fork crush very well the two bananas and add the optional fructose and vanilla, if wanted an extra sweetness. Mix everything together. 
  2. Add the flour, baking powder and grounded cinnamon, mix until a soft cream mis formed. 
  3. In a pan place the oil and a tablespoon of butter, heat the stove, and let the pancakes cook each side, turn them over until they are cooked and remove them from the pan when they are ready. For plating you can decorate with strawberries, cinnamon, and honey, enjoy!
