A simple way to enjoy healthy and delicious dishes is to cook using the papillote technique. Wrap in baking paper: half a potato cut into slices, peppers cut into strips and place a salmon fillet on top. Shall we start?

  • 4 skinless tenderlons without (200 grams each loin)
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 4 tablespoons of white wine
  • 1 tablespoon of grounded black pepper and salt
  • 1 tablespoon of herbs mixture (oregano, thyme, Rosemary...)
  • 4 tablespoons of of Único Olive Oil

Preparation

  1. First, peel the potatoes and cut them into slices.
  2. Next, wash and cut the peppers into strips.
  3. Preheat the oven for about 10 minutes at 190ºC.
  4. To assemble the papillote, divide the peppers and potatoes into 4 portions.
  5. Place the potatoes on the baking paper and the peppers on top. 
  6. Place a loin of salmon on top and add a spoonful of white wine, salt and pepper, the spices and finally, a spoonful of Organics Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
  7. Close the paper to make an airtight packet and place the four portions on a baking tray and cook for about 15 minutes.
  8. After this time, remove from the oven, leave to cool for a couple of minutes and carefully remove the paper before serving.
