Salmon tenderloin Papillote

By cooking with the method Papillote is a very simple and healthy way of enjoying any kind of food. You just need to wrap in greaseproof paper: half a potato chopped into slices, peppers cut into stripes and over these ingredients place the salmon tenderloin. Shall we start?

  • 4 skinless tenderlons without (200 grams each loin)
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 4 tablespoons of white wine
  • 1 tablespoon of grounded black pepper and salt
  • 1 tablespoon of herbs mixture (oregano, thyme, Rosemary...)
  • 4 tablespoons of of GOYA Organics olive oil



  1. First step is to peel the potatoes and cut them into slices.
  2. After the potatoes and before cutting the peppers they must be washed, then they are cut into stripes.
  3. Preheat the oven for about 10 minutes at 190ºC temperature.
  4. To prepare the papillote method, first divide the peppers and potatoes into 4 servings. 
  5. Over the greaseproof paper place the potatoes and over them the peppers. 
  6. Finally, we place the salmon tenderloin over the potatoes and peppers and add the tablespoon of White wine, salt and pepper, herbs and the tablespoon of Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil Goya. 
  7. Close the greaseproof paper until it becomes a hermetic package and place the other servings of potatoes and peppers in an oven plate and cook for about 15 minutes. 
  8. After the 15 minutes, take out of the oven the salmon and the other servings, let them rest for a couple of minutes and carefully remove the paper before serving. Enjoy!
