In this dish the main ingredient is GOYA Organic White Quinoa. A fun and healthy recipe prepared by Chef Rodrigo de la Calle.
Quinoto de Alcachofas
- 120 grs Adobo with habanero chili GOYA
- 480 grs vegetables soup
- 40 grs butter
- 16 cooked artichokes
- 20 grs meat juice
- basil oil
- Serve the butter in a hot pan. We add the Quinoa and the broth.
- Then stir and add a teaspoon of saffron and cook over low heat until dry (about 20 minutes)
- Once dry, serve the artichokes and the concentrated meat juice. We toss and serve the basil oil
- We serve it on a plate. Add a sprig of parsley and a drizzle of basil oil.
