For cook:
  1. Serve the butter in a hot pan. We add the Quinoa and the broth.
  2. Then stir and add a teaspoon of saffron and cook over low heat until dry (about 20 minutes)
For the cook:
  1. Once dry, serve the artichokes and the concentrated meat juice. We toss and serve the basil oil
  1. We serve it on a plate. Add a sprig of parsley and a drizzle of basil oil.
