You'll love this cassava pizza! Crunchy, tasty and easy to prepare, it's perfect for sharing with friends or to liven up any family gathering. Inspired by Venezuelan flavors, this recipe proves that cassava can also be the life of the party.

Rations:
  • 6 large triangles of Casabe Goya
  • 480 grams of tomato sauce
  • 225 grams of Chorizo Antioqueño Goya
  • 225 grams of turkey ham
  • 75 grams grams of corn in kernels
  • 40 grams of seedless olives, sliced (green and/or black)
  • 55 grams of paprika cut in strips
  • 50 grams of grated mozzarella cheese

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
  2. Cut the bacon or chorizo into medium pieces and the paprika into strips.
  3. Spread a little tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese on each portion of cassava.
  4. Add the bacon or chorizo, corn, turkey ham, some olives and paprika.
  5. Bake for 7 to 10 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and enjoy.
