Preparation

  1. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, add the chopped chives, the red pepper, the ginger and the garlic. Sauté until vegetables are tender.
  2. Add the sausages, sauté a few minutes.
  3. Add the previously cooked quinoa as indicated on the package and drain. Saute well several minutes.
  4. Dress with sesame oil, oyster sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Finally incorporate the very finely chopped tortilla.
