400 grams of fresh mushrooms such as chanterelles, oyster mushrooms or mushrooms
1 red pepper bell pepper cut into julienne strips
1 red onion cut in thin strips
400 milliliters of vegetables broth or water
2 tbsp. of sweet pepper
1 tbsp. of thyme
0.5 tbsp. of salt
1 hand of fresh parsley
2 tbsp. of garlic powder
Preparation
Prepare the vegetables. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into thin slices. In a big pan, heat the extra virgin olive oil and sauté the red onion with medium heat for around 7 minutes.
Add all the spices and let fry for approximately 30 seconds until they let their aroma spread. Then add the mushrooms, red pepper, garlic, a bit of salt and let cook for 5 minutes more.
Open the can of beans, rinse them, and then add them to the preparation of step 1 with the vegetable broth, adobo Goya, a bit more of salt, lower the heat and cook for 30 minutes.
Plate in a bowl and add thyme to decorate, the recipe is ready to enjoy with family or friends.
