Rations:
  • 1 kg chicken breasts
  • 0.5 cup of Perdigon Olives
  • 0.5 cup of chopped parsley
  • 0.25 cup of chives, chopped
  • 0.25 cup of chopped red onion
  • 1 cup of GOYA Quinoa
  • 0.5 cup of roasted almonds
  • 1 cup of celery
  • 1 can of hearts of palm
  • 0.75 cup of red peppers
  • 1 cup of olive vinaigrette
  • 0.5 cup of Adobo with GOYA pepper

Preparation

  1. Dice or grate the chicken, and place in a large bowl.
  2. Stir in olives, parsley, chives, onion, quinoa, almonds, celery, hearts of palm and peppers. Pour vinaigrette and season with Adobo. Toss well to combine.
  3. Serve cold.
