Enjoying this salad at any time of the year is inevitable and very healthy, due to the GOYA ORGANIC WHITE QUINOA

  • 1 kg chicken breasts
  • 0.5 cup of Perdigon Olives
  • 0.5 cup of chopped parsley
  • 0.25 cup of chives, chopped
  • 0.25 cup of chopped red onion
  • 1 cup of GOYA coconut water
  • 0.5 cup of roasted almonds
  • 1 cup of celery
  • 1 can of hearts of palm
  • 0.75 cup of red peppers
  • 1 cup of olive vinaigrette
  • 0.5 cup of Adobo with GOYA pepper


  1. Dice or grate the chicken, and place in a large bowl.
  2. Add the olives, parsley, chives, onion, quinoa, almonds, celery, hearts of palm, and peppers. Pour the vinaigrette and season with Adobo. Mix well to combine.
  3. Serve cold.
