 Who can resist a good grilled beef tenderloin? If you like to take care of yourself, we recommend that you accompany it with a side of roasted peppers. If you can indulge yourself from time to time, then choose your own side dish to accompany this delicacy!

  1. The first thing we are going to do is clean the sirloin and set it aside.
  2. Next, we are going to prepare the roasted vegetables in the oven. To do this, preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 190ºC.
  3. Wash and place the three peppers on a baking tray and roast them for about 20 minutes, making sure they are well done on all sides.
  4. Once roasted, remove them from the oven, leave to cool and remove the skin.
  5. Next, chop the onion and mix it with the peppers. Finally, dress with the vinaigrette and set aside.
  6. To cook the sirloin, prepare the grill and light the coals over medium heat.
  7. Next, we salt the sirloin medallions with coarse salt on a wooden board and paint them with the Único Extra Virgin Olive Oil on both sides.
  8. Grill the medallions on both sides until the meat is cooked to the desired doneness.
  9. Once cooked, serve with the roasted peppers garnish.
