  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a little Goya olive oil.
  2. Place the tortilla in the skillet to soften it and warm it for a few seconds on both sides.
  3. On one tortilla, layer half of the mozzarella cheese, then the tomato, salt, pesto sauce, pepper, basil leaves, and finish with the remaining cheese.
  4. Place the other tortilla on top, put it back on the skillet or griddle, and gently press it with a spatula.
  5. Cook until golden on one side, then flip and brown the other side.
  6. Remove from heat and let it rest for one minute.
