  1. In a medium-sized skillet, heat the oil over medium heat, add the onion and cook until translucent, about 3 to 5 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for 2 more minutes. In the same skillet, add the beans, chipotles, oregano and water. Combine all the flavors.
  2. Carefully place the mixture in an electric mixer bowl, and beat until everything is well combined. Then, put this mixture back into the same pan and cook over low heat for a few minutes, and let it cook until it reaches the desired consistency, somewhat thick and creamy. Season with Adobo to taste.
  3. Heat tortillas according to package directions. Using tongs, dip tortillas in bean mixture and leave folded over on a plate, cover with more bean mixture and garnish with desired toppings.
