Honduran baleadas, one of the simplest and most popular dishes in Honduras. Just grab a flour tortilla and add a delicious filling of creamy fried beans and cheese, perfect for tasting any time of day, from breakfast to dinner, or as an appetizer.   1. Heat the oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion and cook, stirring occasionally, until the onion is lightly browned and the oil absorbs the flavor of the onion, for 5-7 minutes; Discard the onion and keep the oil in the pan.
  2. Add the inverted beans to the pan with the oil. Cook, stirring frequently, until the oil is absorbed and the beans are completely hot, about 3 minutes; Remove the beans from the heat and keep them warm.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix sour cream, heavy cream and salt; leave aside.
