Honduran baleadas, one of the simplest and most popular dishes in Honduras.   1. Heat the oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion and cook, stirring occasionally, until the onion is lightly browned and the oil absorbs the flavor of the onion, for 5-7 minutes; Discard the onion and keep the oil in the pan.
  2. Add the inverted beans to the pan with the oil. Cook, stirring frequently, until the oil is absorbed and the beans are completely hot, about 3 minutes; Remove the beans from the heat and keep them warm.
