Who can resist a good grilled beef tenderloin? If you like to take care of yourself, we recommend that you accompany it with a garnish of roasted peppers. If from time to time you can allow yourself a whim, then choose the garnish with which you will accompany this delicacy!

  1. The first thing we are going to do is clean the sirloin and reserve it.
  2. Next, we will prepare the roasted vegetables in the oven. To do this, we preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 190 & ordm; C.
  3. We wash and place the three peppers on a baking sheet and roast them for about 20 minutes, making sure they are done well on all sides.
  4. Once they are roasted, we take them out of the oven, let them cool and remove the skin.
  5. Next, we chop the onion and mix it with the peppers. Finally, we season with the vinaigrette and reserve.
  6. To make the sirloin, we are going to prepare the grill and light the bases over medium heat.
  7. Next, we salt the sirloin medallions with coarse salt on a wooden board and paint them with the Extra Virgin Olive Oil on both sides.
  8. We cook the medallions on both sides on the grill until we get the desired point of the meat.
  9. Once cooked, we serve them accompanied by the garnish of roasted peppers.
