  1. Boil potatoes and mash while still hot. Add 1 tsp. Goya yellow chili paste, lime juice, Goya Adobo without pepper, mix well and knead to get a very creamy texture. Divide dough into three parts. Set aside.
  2. Cook chicken breast, shred and mix with finely chopped onion and mayonnaise. Taste and season with salt. Set aside. Cut the avocado into slices half a centimeter thick.
  3. Assemble the dish with the help of a plating ring. Place a third of the potato dough on the base and place the avocado on top. Season with Goya Adobo without Pepper. Cover with the second layer of potato dough and repeat the process with the last layer.
  4. Serve with a green salad.
