Ají limo

Our ají limo, originally from Peru, is the essential spice for the preparation of flagship dishes such as ceviche and tiraditos, thanks to its fruity aroma and its spiciness it is essential for these traditional plates. It is one of the varieties of chili that has a nice and mild lemon aroma which contains significant amounts of vitamin A, vitamin B6 and C, iron and potassium.
