A different and delicious way to enjoy tuna. These quesadillas combine our Goya Mediterranean salad with tomato, avocado and Latin cheese, all wrapped in a crispy golden wheat tortilla.

They're quick to prepare, perfect for a light lunch or an impromptu dinner. With just a few ingredients, you'll have a tasty and complete dish ready in minutes.

  1. Prepare the filling: Drain the Goya salad (if it is in oil, make sure to remove the excess). Chop the tomato and avocado into small cubes. In a plate, mix the drained tuna with the chopped tomato and avocado.
  2. Filling the pancake: Place the wheat pancake on a flat surface. Spread the salad, tomato and avocado mixture over half of the pancake. Add Latin cheese on top of the mixture.
  3. Cooking the quesadilla: Fold the tortilla in half, covering the filling. Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the quesadilla in the skillet. Cook for a few minutes until the base is golden brown and crispy. Flip the quesadilla and cook the other side until it is also golden brown and the cheese has melted.
  4. Serving: Remove the quesadilla from the skillet and serve hot.
