Preparation

  1. In a cocktail shaker place the soursop juice, coconut cream, coconut water, cane sugar syrup, lime juice, a handful of crushed mint, 3 ice cubes and optional rum if desired.
  2. Shake the shaker vigorously.
  3. Fill the glass with the mixture, garnish with grated coconut, grated lime peel and 4 lime slices and enjoy.
