When the heat is sweltering on summer days, there's nothing more refreshing than an ice-cold fruit drink on the rocks. This non-alcoholic, non-juice cocktail is made with GOYA® Papaya Chunks, which is simply fresh papaya diced and frozen at optimum ripeness. It also has pineapple juice that mixes with the coconut water to add a hint of tropical flavour, and fresh lime juice that neutralises its sweetness. Just mix the ingredients, serve over ice and enjoy!

  1. Blend papaya, coconut water, pineapple juice, sugar and lime juice until smooth. Serve in glasses with plenty of ice. Garnish with lime and papaya.
