These delicious and fruity ices, prepared with two exquisite tropical fruits; guava and coconut, will be the perfect complement to all your summer refreshment drinks during an exciting beach holiday.
Ingredients
- 2 cans coconut water with guava
- 1 zest lemon
- 48 leaves peppermint
Preparation
- In a large pitcher, mix the coconut water with guava, lime juice and grated lime zest.
- Place a mint leaf in each ice cube tray.
- Pour the coconut water-based mixture into the ice cube trays so that all the moulds are equally filled.
- Leave the trays in the freezer until the cubes are completely frozen.
- Place the ice cubes in punch bowls, or in individual glasses to flavour and chill your favourite drinks.
