These delicious and fruity ices, prepared with two exquisite tropical fruits; guava and coconut, will be the perfect complement to all your summer refreshment drinks during an exciting beach holiday.

  • 2 cans coconut water with guava
  • 1 zest lemon
  • 48 leaves peppermint

Preparation

  1. In a large pitcher, mix the coconut water with guava, lime juice and grated lime zest.
  2. Place a mint leaf in each ice cube tray.
  3. Pour the coconut water-based mixture into the ice cube trays so that all the moulds are equally filled.
  4. Leave the trays in the freezer until the cubes are completely frozen.
  5. Place the ice cubes in punch bowls, or in individual glasses to flavour and chill your favourite drinks.
