  • 1 can of GOYA Black Beans in sauce
  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
  • 1 ripe avocado, peeled and diced
  • 0.5 red onion, finely chopped
  • 0.5 red bell bell pepper, finely diced
  • 0.25 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 squeezed lime, or lemon
  • 2 tablespoons of Único Olive Oil
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon cumin powder (optional)
  • 1 can of Goya Sliced Hearts of Palm

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl, mix the black beans, mango, avocado, red onion, red bell pepper, cilantro and hearts of palm.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk the lime juice with the olive oil, cumin, salt and pepper.
  3. Pour the vinaigrette over the salad and toss gently so as not to crush the ingredients.
  4. Let stand in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes for the flavors to integrate better.
