Ingredients Preparation Share

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 package of Guava Pulp GOYA
  • 1 package of Soursop Fruit Pulp
  • 0.5 zest lemon
  • 3 tablespoon lemon
  • 0.5 cup crème fraiche

  1. In a saucepan, on a medium-high heat, bring sugar and water to a boil, stirring with wooden spoon until dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
  2. Divide sugar syrup equally in two bowls. Stir Guava Pulp and créme Fraiche into one bowl and Guanabana Pulp into other bowl. Add equal amounts of lime juice and grated rind to each bowl.
  3. Process each mixture separately in ice cream maker, according to manufacturer's instructions. Store in freezer. When ready to serve, scoop into dessert bowls and garnish with mint sprigs.
