Rations:
  • 1 package of pineapple fruit pulp
  • 0.5 cup of Coconut milk can
  • 0.25 cup organic blue agave honey
  • 5 mint leaves
  • 1 slice dehydrated pineapple
  • 1 tbsp. golden sugar
  • 1 pinch mint leaves for garnish

Preparation

  1. Remove GOYA Frozen Pineapple Pulp from package and let it sit at room temperature for 2-3 minutes to make it easier to blend.
  2. In a blender, combine pineapple pulp, coconut milk, blue agave honey and 5 mint leaves.
  3. Add the tablespoon of golden sugar for an extra touch of sweetness.
  4. Blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes, or until smooth and lump-free.
  5. Pour the smoothie into a tall glass or your favorite container.
  6. Place the dehydrated pineapple slice on the rim of the glass or on top of the drink.
  7. Add a pinch of fresh mint leaves on top to enhance the aroma and add a touch of freshness.
  8. Serve immediately to enjoy its tropical flavor and creamy texture.
