Make your next dinner an event at home with this simple and elegant roasted salmon recipe. First, season fresh salmon fillets with GOYA® Pepper Marinade to perfection. While the steaks are grilling, use a pastry brush to coat them with the sweet and tasty icing made from honey, lemon juice, and pepper flakes.   1. Dry the salmon with paper towels and season it on both sides with the Adobo, then cover it with extra virgin olive oil.
  2. Separately, in a small saucepan and over medium heat, mix the honey, red pepper and lemon juice. Heat slightly just to loosen the honey. Be careful not to overheat, as the honey can burn.
  3. Heat grill over medium-high heat. Place the salmon fillets on the grill and after about 3 minutes, flip the other side. Using a pastry brush, liberally coat the fillets with the honey mixture. Continue cooking the salmon fillets on the grill for another 3-5 min. Serve immediately. Serving Suggestion: Serve glazed salmon over salad.
