This recipe is perfect for both breakfast and dessert. In addition to please the little ones at home, you can make it as healthy as you want. Combine it with fruits, syrup and enjoy this recipe in just 30 minutes.

  • 1 little spoon of jams, agave or syrup

Preparation

  1. Softly beat the eggs in a bowl with the help of a fork, on another bowl mash the bananas. 
  2. Add the previously mashed bananas to the oatmeal and vanilla. Gently add the blueberries and mix everything together. 
  3. Heat a pan with a bit of olive oil in medium heat.
  4. Place a big spoon of the mix in the pan. To know when they are ready you must make sure it can be turn over easily to the other side.
  5. Serve 3 pancakes per person, they can be accompanied with agave or syrup, greek yogurt, jams and/or fresh blueberries.
