It's getting warmer and what we want to eat are light dishes, such as salads and fresh creams. Today we have cooked an Italian salad full of colors that will brighten up your day, it is also delicious!
1. The first thing we are going to do is to wash all the vegetables with plenty of water. Once they are washed, drain them and start cutting them.
2. In a bowl, place the romaine lettuce cut into small pieces. Next, add the tomatoes cut into wedges and the cucumber sliced. Peel and chop the onion and add it as well.
Now, in a frying pan add a splash of Goya Organics Extra Virgin Olive Oil over medium-high heat. When the fire is hot, add the bread cut in pieces and brown on all sides with a pinch of salt.
When they are ready, remove them from the pan and place them on a sheet of paper towel to remove the excess oil. Set aside.
5. In our bowl, add the capers and season with a splash of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, another splash of apple cider vinegar, the juice of half a lemon and salt.
Finally, add the toasted bread and the oregano leaves. Stir everything well to integrate the flavors and that's it, enjoy!
