Invite your friends and family to share this delicious and hot refried bean dip, perfect for any gathering. The GOYA® Refried Beans, already prepared with sauce and spices, are mixed with soft cream cheese and sour cream; then it is covered with abundant grated cheese. Once this dip comes out of the oven, it looks bubbly and ready to gobble up. It will be so delicious that you will have to prepare more!

  • 220 grams cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 can of Mayocoba refried beans
  • 1 can of Pico De Gallo Sauce
  • 2 teaspoon chilli powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon of Native ground cumin
  • 2 cup Striped Mexican Cheese Mix

Preparation

  1. Heat oven to 350ºF (180ºC). In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until completely smooth. Mix refried beans, pico de gallo without liquid, chili powder, cayenne and cumin; everything must be well combined.
  2. Spread the bean mixture evenly in a 9 x 13-centimeter baking pan. sprinkle the cheese on top.
  3. Bake uncovered until cheese is melted and bubbly. The dip should be ready in about 35 minutes. Let stand 5-10 minutes before serving. Serve with tortillas.
