  • 1 cup of white rum
  • 4 maraschino cherries for garnish
  • 4 pineapple chunks to garnish

Preparation

  1. Add the ice, pineapple juice, rum, if desired, and coconut cream to a blender bowl. Blend on high speed until ice is crushed, ingredients are well combined and drink is smooth, about 30 seconds.
  2. Pour into glasses. Serve with a slice of pineapple and cherry, if desired.
