  • 2 packages of GOYA Tostones Chips
  • 1 can of pickled mussels
  • 4 tablespoons of sour cream
  • 1 pinch sprigs of chives

Preparation

  1. Put the pickled mussels and the sour cream in the mixer glass. Beat until you have a soft and homogeneous cream
  2. Place the cream over the cassava chips or tostones (ladybugs)
  3. Cut and serve the sprigs of chives over the cream.
  4. Eat immediately so the ladybugs don´t soften up.
