Ingredients
- 2 packages of GOYA Tostones Chips
- 1 can of Mussels in pickle sauce
- 4 tablespoons of sour cream
- 1 pinch sprigs of chives
Preparation
- Put the pickled mussels and the sour cream in the mixer glass. Beat until you have a soft and homogeneous cream
- Place the cream over the cassava chips or tostones (ladybugs)
- Cut and serve the sprigs of chives over the cream.
- Eat immediately so the ladybugs don´t soften up.
