  • 1 big onion
  • 2 big garlics
  • 3 tablespoons of of Aceite de Oliva Único
  • 1 tablespoon of oregano
  • 1 tablespoon of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of salt

Preparation

  1. The first thing we are going to make is the tomato sauce. In a large frying pan or pot, add the Único Extra Virgin Olive Oil over medium heat and when it is hot, add the onion and the peeled and chopped garlic.
  2. Fry the garlic and onions for 10 to 15 minutes over medium-low heat. Then add the crushed tomato, spices and salt. Cook everything together for 30 minutes over low heat and set aside.
  3. To prepare the meatballs, place the minced meat in a bowl. In the glass of a blender add the wine, the milk, the peeled garlic cloves, the breadcrumbs, the fresh parsley, the salt and the pepper. We beat it all and add the mixture on top of the meat. Then, we integrate the mixture with the meat and let it rest for 10 or 15 minutes so that the meat is well impregnated.
  4. We make the meatballs and we pass them through beaten egg, flour and breadcrumbs.
  5. When all the meatballs are breaded, put three or four tablespoons of Goya Único Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a large frying pan over high heat. When the oil is hot, fry the meatballs in batches until they are ready.
  6. Finally, add the meatballs to the pot where we had the tomato sauce and let them cook for 20 minutes before serving.
  7. Enjoy!
