These quesadillas have an unparalleled flavor! They are prepared with the GOYA® Wheat Tortillas and filled with shredded chicken, pepper, creamy avocado, fresh coriander and cheddar cheese. Serve with GOYA® Salsita of your choice and sour cream.

  1. Join the peppers, chilies, green onions, cilantro and Salsita to taste in a medium bowl. Divide between tortillas, spreading in the middle of the tortilla. Top with the chicken, avocado and cheese. Fold the tortillas in half, pressing gently.
  2. Heat large skillet or griddle, over medium heat. Cook quesadillas, two at a time, until lightly browned on both sides and cheese is melted, about 4 minutes. Cut into wedges and serve with Salsita and sour cream.
