Preparation

  1. In the refrigerator let the coconut cream cool, and a metal mixing bowl overnight.
  2. Put the hardened coconut cream in the cold bowl and add the sugar, vanilla and heavy cream. Beat for 1 to 2 minutes with an electric mixer on high speed, using the whisk attachment until it reaches a creamy consistency. It can also be beaten by hand for about 6 to 7 minutes until creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust sugar as needed.
  4. Use immediately or place in the refrigerator right away.
