CHÍA: PROPERTIES AND BENEFITS

Chia or Salvia Hispánica is a seed from Central America, which are rich in carbohydrates, fiber, vitamins and minerals. Although many do not know, these seeds were consumed by the Mayans and Aztecs before the European colonization, after this fact, this food fell into oblivion like the Quinoa or the Amaranth.

PROPERTIES:
