  1. We toss the fresh tuna in a deep dish and we add a touch of total seasoning smoked paprika, soy, hoisin sauce, red vinegar, lemon juice, jalapeño pepper, sesame seeds and habanero sauce GOYA
  2. We mix it and stir it for several seconds and let it stand for 5 minutes in the fridge.
  3. To paste the base, add a teaspoon of black bean sauce and a white corn arepa.
  4. We add the guacamole, the tartar mixture and finally the mango.
