For the avocado cream

  • 2 ripe avocado
  • 2 tablespoons chopped tomato
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped purple onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped coriander
  • 1 tablespoon of Jalapeno Peppers Hot Sauce
  • 4 cherry tomato chopped on wedges for decoration
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1 salt to taste


  1. Thaw the tostones at room temperature.
  2. Begin the cream by crushing an avocado in a bowl.
  3. Add the vegetables and coriander. Crush well until you get a cream.
  4. Add salt and add lime juice to taste.
  5. You can also add Goya spicy chili sauce (optional)
  6. Save in the fridge until serve.
  7. Once thawed, brown the tostones on both sides in a pan with a little Goya extra virgin olive oil. They have to be crispy.
  8. Drain on absorbent paper.
