Almost any dish that requires salt and pepper tastes best when seasoned with GOYA® Adobo. The secret of this recipe is in our special seasoning, the perfect mixture of salt, pepper, garlic, oregano and other spices, which result in meat with an exquisite flavor.

  1. Season the meat with the Adobo on both sides. Heat butter and oil in medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add fillets to skillet, two at a time, and cook for about 6 minutes, until golden brown and medium, turning once. Transfer the meat to a plate and cover with aluminum foil to keep warm.
  2. Reduce heat to medium power. Add garlic to skillet and cook for about 30 seconds until golden. Add parsley and cook 30 seconds more.
  3. Divide fillets evenly on serving plates. Spread the garlic and parsley mixture over each fillet.
