Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken breasts
  • 0.5 cup olive
  • 0.5 cup chopped parsley
  • 0.25 cup chopped chives
  • 0.25 cup chopped red onion
  • 1 taza GOYA WHITE ORGANIC QUINOA
  • 0.5 cup toasted almonds
  • 1 cup garlic
  • 1 can palmitos
  • 0.75 cup red peppers
  • 1 cup olives vinaigrette
  • 1 cup Adobo with habanero chili GOYA

Instructions

  1. Dice or shred chicken, and place into large mixing bowl.
  2. Add olives, parsley, chives, onion, quinoa, almonds, celery, palmitos and pimientos. Pour in vinaigrette, and season with Adobo. Toss well to combine.
  3. Serve chilled.
