Pasta salad

  • 450 grams of fusilli pasta
  • 0.75 Red Pepper
  • 0.75 Green Pepper
  • 85 grams Black Olives
  • 0.5 Red Onion
  • 3 whole chives


  1. In a medium bowl, using a mixer, mix together the lemon juice, mustard, and seasoning. Gradually pour in the oil, whisking constantly, until it thickens and the ingredients combine. Season with the Adobo.
  2. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water. In a medium bowl, using a large spoon, mix together the cooked pasta, bell peppers, olives, red onion, and chives. Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat completely.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap; and put in the fridge. Let cool for 30 minutes, or until the dressing is absorbed. Serve cold or at room temperature.
