Rations:
  • 320 gr of GOYA coconut water
  • 80 gr of Cooked beet
  • 45 gr of flying fish roe
  • 20 gr of mustard with fine herbs
  • 40 gr of teriyaki sauce

Preparation

For the recipe:

  1. Cook the Quinoa and reserve cold. Add the beet, add the teriyaki sauce, the mustard to the fine herbs and a touch of salt.
  2. Remove everything for several seconds

For the assembly:

  1. With a spoon, put a base of whipped beetroot, add the recipe mixture, above we toss two teaspoons of roe flying fish, some radish sprouts and a pinch of salt
