Rations:

Para la hamburguesa

  • 240 gr of Quinua GOYA
  • 100 gr of onion
  • 1 clove garlic finely chopped
  • 120 gr of broccoli
  • 1 white egg
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • 2 tablespoons bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon of GOYA Organics olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of Nativo Ground Cumin
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley

For the garnish

  • 4 burger breads
  • 2 Salad leaves
  • 1 tomato cut into slices
  • 1 pinch of ketchup
  • 1 pinch of mustard

Preparation

  1. Cook the quinoa as indicated by the container about 20 minutes, until it is well cooked. Drain and reserve the cooking broth.
  2. Sauté the finely chopped onion in olive oil until it is transparent with the chopped garlic. Add the cooked quinoa and broccoli. Add a little bit of the broth to cook the quinoa. Add the parsley. Season with salt, pepper and cumin. Mix everything well until there is a thick dough.
  3. Add the egg and the bread crumbs and shape the dough with your hands. Shape hamburger and let stand a few minutes.
  4. While preparing the hamburger bun by smearing the bottom half with the ketchup and mustard.
  5. Brown the burgers in the pan over a high heat. Distribute each one in your seasoned bread and put on top the cheese, the salad and the tomato slice. Close with the other half of bread and serve hot
