Surprise your family with this super refreshing summer treat. GOYA® Passion Fruit Cocktail is the star ingredient to prepare this acidite jelly, combined with a variety of blackberries. Add whipped cream and you will have a perfect ending to any meal these summer days.

  • 1 brick of Passion Fuit Juice brick
  • 4 spoons Unflavored gelatin
  • 2 cups assorted berries, blueberries, raspberries and chopped strawberries

Optional

  • 1 whipped cream

Preparation

  1. Add ¼ cup passion fruit cocktail juice to medium bowl. Sprinkle gelatin over surface; do not stir. Set aside until gelatin softens, about 5 minutes.
  2. Bring to boil remaining passion fruit cocktail juice in small saucepan over medium-high heat. Whisk the hot juice into the gelatin mixture until smooth. Pour into medium bowl. Chill until just room temperature, about 15 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, divide fruit evenly among four 170 ml. glasses. Slowly pour passion fruit mixture over berries, then chill, covered, until firm, at least 6 hours. Top with whipped cream before serving, if desired.
