  1. Mix the bitter orange marinade, honey, olive oil, garlic and seasonings; set aside. Evenly thread pork, bell peppers and onions on skewers; Place the kebabs on a rectangular baking sheet or tray. Pour the marinade mixture evenly over the top; Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Convert kebabs; Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat; Grease the grid well. Cook the kebabs, turning occasionally, until the pork is cooked, 12 to 14 minutes. Sprinkle with coriander just before serving.
