This Encebollado Steak is a delicious main course prepared with beef, easily marinated with a combination of GOYA Adobo with Pepper and Minced Garlic; to achieve its extraordinary flavor. Enjoy this Latin classic in the company of family and friends.

  1. Mix the vinegar, the marinade and the oregano in a large bowl. Add the fillet, garlic and onions to the mixture and stir until all ingredients are well combined. Cover the meat and put it in the refrigerator to marinate for about 1 hour or up to 12 hours. 
  2. Heat the oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the meat, onion and marinade to the pan; cover and cook, stirring occasionally until the onion is translucent and the meat is well done, for about 10 minutes. 
  3. Distribute the steak on serving plates in equal portions, cover the meat with onion and sauce.
