  1. Heat the oven to 170 ° C. Spray a 20cm x 20cm baking pan with oil spray.
  2. In a large bowl, beat together the milk, butter and egg. Add the masarepa, the all-purpose flour, the sugar, the baking powder, the Adobo, the jalapeños and the cheese until all the ingredients are well mixed.
  3. Pour the mixture into the mold and bake until the corn bread turns golden or until a toothpick comes out clean after inserting it in the center. Remove from the oven, let cool and cut into 12 portions.
