Today we are going to learn how to prepare this traditional Venezuelan dish: arepas with chicken and yellow chili. This is another of the many combinations that this typical flour and water-based preparation accepts. Let's find out together!

  1. Cut the chicken breast in juliana and in a pan cook with the pepper and olive oil until it is lightly roasted.
  2. Preheat the grill or another pan to cook the arepa it must be turned over only once until each side has turned a bit golden. Serve over the arepa guacamole sauce to taste, place over the sauce the chicken and pico de gallo.
  3. To accompany you may add a bit of sour cream or cheddar cheese dip sauce and decorate with some finely chopped coriander on top.
