Chia and Mora jam
- In a saucepan over low heat place the fruit pulp (in this case mora), stir until it starts to boil, add the sugar cane and let boil a few more minutes.
- Remove from the heat and add the chia, stir until the mixture is homogeneous.
- Pack the mixture and allow to cool at least one hour in a refrigerator.
- Accompany with bread toasts.
