  1. In a saucepan over low heat place the fruit pulp (in this case mora), stir until it starts to boil, add the sugar cane and let boil a few more minutes.
  2. Remove from the heat and add the chia, stir until the mixture is homogeneous.
  3. Pack the mixture and allow to cool at least one hour in a refrigerator.
  4. Accompany with bread toasts.
