Ingredients Preparation Share

  • 1 package of Cheese Nachos
  • 1 can of GOYA Natural Black Beans
  • 2 medium tomatoes, cored, seeded and finely chopped (about 1 cup)
  • 1 scallion thinly sliced (about ¼ cup)
  • 1 cup of Monterey jack cheese grated
  • 1 fresh coriander chopped, for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon of Pico De Gallo Sauce

  1. Place the superior oven shelf about 15 centimeters from the heat. Heat in a “boiler”.
  2. Arrange the tortilla chips in a single layer on a 30 centimeters skillet or a heat-resistant pan of an equal size. Spread the beans, tomatoes, bell peppers and chives evenly over the chips. Sprinkle cheese evenly on the chips and continue to place the other ingredients the same way.
  3. Bake turning the tray occasionally so that the cheese melts evenly, until the cheese is bubbly and the other ingredients are hot, 3-5 minutes. Sprinkle coriander at the end, if desired. Serve with pico de gallo and guacamole (optional)
