Sweet and sour, this tasty slow cooker stew gets a fresh and spicy hit with fresh tarragon Crushed Red Peppers.

Rations:
  • 6 pork chops
  • 0.5 kg of mixed mushrooms
  • 1 kg of small potatoes
  • 0.5 kg of carrot peeled and cut
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 cup of chicken soup
  • 2 tablespoon of Two-pack brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon of GOYA Organics olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of Adobo con pimienta GOYA
  • 4 tablespoon of chopped garlic
  • 0.25 cup of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of red pepper flakes

Preparation

  1. In a slow cooker, combine pork, mushrooms, potatoes, carrots and onion. Whisk together broth, sugar cane, oil, seasoning and garlic; pour over pork and vegetables.
  2. Cover and cook on High for about 4 hours or until pork and vegetables are tender. Add balsamic vinegar in the last 15 minutes of cooking. Garnish with tarragon and crushed red peppers.
