Rations:
  • 120 gr of Goya White Organic Quinoa
  • 480 gr of vegetable soup
  • 40 gr of butter
  • 16 cooked artichokes
  • 20 grams of meat juice
  • 1 tablespoon of basil oil
  • 1 tablespoon of saffron

Preparation

For cook:

  1. Serve the butter in a hot pan. We add the Quinoa and the broth.
  2. Then stir and add a teaspoon of saffron and cook over low heat until dry (about 20 minutes)
  3. Once dry, serve the artichokes and the concentrated meat juice. We toss and serve the basil oil

Plated:

  1. We serve it on a plate. Add a sprig of parsley and a drizzle of basil oil.
